1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and MohFam regarding your use of mohfam.co (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal authority to act for the person or organization you represent, to submit a business or service inquiry.

2. Website information

The Website provides general information about MohFam, its divisions, professional services, news, and areas of interest. Website content is provided for informational and promotional purposes and may not describe every limitation, qualification, condition, or service requirement.

We may update, correct, suspend, or remove Website content at any time. References to planned, developing, waitlist, or “coming soon” services are informational only and do not promise that a service will launch by a particular date or in a particular location.

3. Inquiries, quotes, and professional services

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, calling, or emailing us:

• Does not create a customer, agency, fiduciary, employment, or professional-services relationship.
• Does not guarantee availability, acceptance, pricing, response time, or a particular result.
• Is not an emergency dispatch request and should not be used to report an emergency.

Professional services are provided only after the applicable MohFam entity or division accepts the engagement and the parties complete any required written agreement, scope of work, pricing approval, verification, deposit, or other onboarding requirements. If a separate written service agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.

For emergencies, immediate threats, or crimes in progress, call 911 or the appropriate public emergency service. Do not rely on the Website, email, or a general inquiry form for emergency assistance.

4. Security-services information

References to MohFam Security, California PPO #122723, or security-related services are informational. Security services may be subject to licensing rules, geographic limitations, availability, site assessment, staffing, and a separate service agreement. The separate MohFam Security website and any applicable security-services agreement may contain additional terms.

Nothing on the Website is legal advice, law-enforcement advice, an emergency response service, or a guarantee that any security measure will prevent every loss, injury, incident, or criminal act.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, harassing, or deceptive purposes.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your authority.
• Interfere with Website operation, bypass access or security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, spam, or send unauthorized requests to the Website.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

We may restrict or block access when we reasonably believe activity violates these Terms or threatens the Website, MohFam, service providers, or other users.

The Website may link to websites or services operated by third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” MohFam disclaims warranties regarding Website availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Website will operate without interruption or that every error will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MohFam and its officers, personnel, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MohFam’s aggregate liability for claims arising solely from use of the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded. Liability connected to separately contracted professional services is governed by the applicable service agreement.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MohFam and its affiliates, officers, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit through the Website.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law and any controlling written service agreement, disputes relating solely to the Website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

12. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Website, but do not replace a separate written agreement for professional services.
