Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MohFam collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit mohfam.co or contact us through the website.

Effective date: July 27, 2026

On this page Scope Information we collect How we use information How we disclose information Cookies and similar technologies Retention and security Your privacy choices and rights Contact us

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the MohFam website at mohfam.co and the website inquiry forms we operate. In this policy, “MohFam,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MohFam and its website operations in Los Angeles, California.

This policy does not govern third-party websites, including the separate MohFam Security website. When you follow a link to another website, its own privacy policy applies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a quote, submit an inquiry, or communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, and company name.
  • The service you are interested in.
  • Your message, project details, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Records of our communications with you.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, access codes, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the website forms.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, our website, hosting, and security systems may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events.

Information we do not intentionally collect

The website does not currently process payments, provide public customer accounts, or intentionally collect precise geolocation, biometric information, government identification numbers, or financial account credentials.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and communicate about requested services.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Send administrative messages and confirmations related to your request.
  • Protect the website, our visitors, and our systems from spam, fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a service contract. We use the information to evaluate and respond to your request.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers: website hosting, WordPress administration, email delivery, security, anti-spam, and technical support providers process information on our behalf.
  • MohFam operations: authorized personnel and relevant MohFam divisions may receive an inquiry so the appropriate team can respond.
  • Legal and safety purposes: we may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
  • Business transactions: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. Turnstile receives technical and interaction information needed to provide that security service. Email messages are transmitted through our configured business email provider. Google Fonts may receive technical request information, such as an IP address, when fonts are loaded.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so during the preceding 12 months. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to consumers under 16.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, tokens, and similar technologies that are necessary for website operation, security, form protection, session management, and administrator login. We do not currently use website information for targeted advertising.

Because we do not currently engage in cross-site behavioral tracking through this website, the website does not respond differently to legacy “Do Not Track” browser signals. Where applicable, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for activities subject to those signals. Third-party services may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention and security

We retain inquiry records, communications, and related business information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide or evaluate services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Security and diagnostic records may be retained for a shorter period unless needed to investigate abuse or protect our systems.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include restricted administrative access, form validation, anti-spam controls, rate limiting, and server-side Cloudflare Turnstile verification. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a website inquiry. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

California residents

To the extent applicable law grants you these rights, California residents may request:

  • Information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures.
  • Deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt-out of sale or sharing and limitation of certain uses of sensitive personal information.
  • Equal service and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Because MohFam does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently no sale or sharing from which you need to opt out. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for general business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our website, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice on the website when appropriate.
